WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?

Generally in California, real estate sales commission is 6% of the selling price of the home, but can be negotiated between the seller and listing entities. Contact me for more information.

HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?

As your Realtor, I employ a results driven pricing and marketing strategy that will price your home competitively and attract willing and able buyers. My services include:

 

  •   I will conduct a thorough market analysis to understand the current demand and trends for properties in your area. This helps in identifying the target audience and developing effective marketing strategies.

  •  I will proceed to place the listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)-a comprehensive database of available property inventory for sale or rent for Realtors to access and utilize. which is By listing your property on the MLS, it becomes visible to a vast network of real estate professionals who can connect interested buyers or renters to your property.

  •  I also have an extensive network of connections within the industry, including other local and regional real estate agents, brokers, and potential buyers/renters. They leverage these networks to spread the word about your property and generate interest. 

  •  I employ various digital marketing techniques to maximize exposure. They create compelling property listings with attractive photos and detailed descriptions on their website and popular real estate portals. Additionally, I utilize social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid online advertising to reach a wider audience.

  •  With the seller(s) permission, I will organize open houses and private showings to showcase your property to potential buyers/renters. These events provide an opportunity for interested parties to experience the property firsthand, ask questions, and make informed decisions.

  • often collaborate with other agents or brokers who may have clients looking for properties like yours-within or outside of my home brokerage. By networking and sharing information with my colleagues, I am able to increase the chances of finding the right buyer or renter for your property.

  • Finally, while digital marketing is prevalent and constantly evolving, I also use traditional methods like print advertising in newspapers, real estate magazines, or local publications to target specific demographics or reach potential buyers/renters who prefer offline sources.

DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?

While it is not required, having a real estate lawyer can be beneficial to ensure that all legal aspects are handled correctly. As a licensed realtor, Jasmin Norman can also provide guidance and connect you with reputable lawyers if needed.
